Maltese singer Christabelle Borg has hit the big time after being signed on to work with legendary producer Geo Slam. You may not have heard the name before, but the Swedish record producer and songwriter (who's based in LA) has worked on massive Hit songs from the biggest US Pop-Acts like Jason Derulo, One Direction, Deadmou5, Kelly Rowland.

Geo Slam works as an integral part of the multi Grammy-winning RedOne team, which boasts an impressive array work for hugely successful pop sensations such as Lady Gaga, One Direction, Enrique Iglesias and Jennifer Lopez.

"I feel humbled to say the least. Someone with a background like his working with me just feels unreal" - Christabelle

Christabelle is a Maltese singer best known for her upbeat, dance music numbers. But her talent is not to be underestimated by the pop-feel of her songs. In 2015 she placed second in Malta Eurovision Song Contest on her second go at the competition with the energizing Rush.

Geo Slam and his team have traveled to Malta to start work on Christabelle's new EP, which she says is a "dream come true".

"I feel humbled to say the least. Someone with a background like his working with me just feels unreal" said Christabelle.

She was also one of the local artists chosen to be a part of #PartitLM's April Fools campaign anthem.

We're excited to hear the collaboration between these two and hope to see Malta's name climbing up the charts ASAP!
