Rock Out With Gianni Morandi This Weekend In Malta

Italian singer Gianni Morandi will be giving a concert in Malta on Saturday, 12th August, at Fort Manoel, on Manoel Island as part of his thrilling ‘Go Gianni Go!’ tour.
The Italian Embassy in Malta and Malta Globe Music Ltd have teamed up to ensure that your summer soundtrack features live beats from one of Italy’s greatest. And if you’ve danced to the rhythms of ‘Occhi di ragazza’ or sung along to ‘Scende la pioggia’ in your shower, this is the concert you won’t want to miss.
These details were announced by the Minister for Arts Owen Bonnici, and the Italian Ambassador to Malta, Fabrizio Romano.
Minister Bonnici emphasised how Gianni Morandi’s concert is yet another opportunity to strengthen the cultural ties between Malta and Italy.
“Concerts like these are important because they not only draw thousands of fans of Italian music from all over Europe, but they are a significant platform through which Malta continues to become an attractive destination in the world of concerts and music,” Minister Bonnici said.

Ambassador Fabrizio Romano added his cool note, suggesting that Gianni’s gig isn’t just about awesome music but bridging two fantastic cultures together.
Throwback moment: Did you catch Gianni in 2019 at the MFCC, Ta’ Qali? His tracks, including the catchy ‘La fisarmonica’, were all the rage!
