Do Your Part: SummerDaze 2022 To Roll Out Reusable Cups For Music Festival
SummerDaze 2022 is just days away, with a star-studded lineup heading to the Maltese islands for the week-long festival.
With droves of people expected to attend the main festival events on 15th and 17th August, SummerDaze is doing its bit to keep plastic use at a minimum.

Reusable cups are now included in a €3 donation as part of the admission pass to the otherwise free two-day music line-ups of SummerDaze 2022. Proceeds will cover the cost of the cups and to the MTA Corporate Social Responsibility Fund.
This is of course not the first time SummerDaze is rolling out efforts to reduce plastic consumption, with a similar initiative for its 2019 run.
Tickets (and cups) for the main events on the 15th and 17th August are now available at SummerDaze Malta’s website.
Who is performing at SummerDaze 2022?
Expect a stellar lineup on both days of the main festival on 15th August in collaboration with BBC Radio 1 Dance Live and Creamfields, and on 17th August in collaboration with Radio Deejay and M2O at the Ta’ Qali Picnic Area.
On 15th August, expect the likes of Anne-Marie, Jason Derulo, G-Eazy, Bastille, Elderbrook and more. This will be followed by even more performances on 17th August including J Ax, Baby K, Corona, Ice MC, a special guest performance by Meduza, and Radio Deejay’s very own Albertino, Fargetta, Mollella and Prezioso.
Standard admission to both day events is FREE, bar the €3 donation for your reusable cups, and each day kicks off at 4PM.
What other events will be taking place?
Across the rest of the week, you can check out one of the many satellite events supporting the main two-day festival. Some highlights include a sunset party hosted by world-renowned DJ and producer Sigala on 14th August at Cafe del Mar, a beach party headlined by Italian Rapper Tony Effe at Little Armier on 14th August, and an exlusive boat party on 13th August.
