The Kirkop Summer Fest In Aid Of Inspire Is Back This Weekend

Clear your calendars and charge your phone batteries because the Kirkop Summer Fest is back for its eighth edition this weekend, and it’s bringing the heat (and the beats) like never before!
After last year’s buzz-worthy run, the festival is returning tonight, 4th July and tomorrow 5th July, promising more music, more energy, and a whole lot of summer joy, all in the heart of Kirkop. Best of all? It’s completely free.
Taking place in the parking area of St Benedict’s College Middle School, Kirkop Summer Fest is known for its throwback vibes, especially thanks to its 80s and 90s music festival roots. But this year, it’s levelling up with a killer mix of international tribute acts and top local DJs.
On Friday night, local DJs Sheron and DJ Zrinz will get the party started before Jeff Dingle, the UK’s official No.1 Bruno Mars tribute act, hits the stage with bangers like Uptown Funk, Treasure, and Locked Out of Heaven. Rounding out the night? None other than DJ Sue, closing things off with her signature flair.
Saturday turns the volume up again with DJ Alex Tonna warming things up, followed by Radio Active, an electrifying Imagine Dragons tribute band sure to have you singing along to Believer and Radioactive. Local DJ Ryan Spiteri will then take over to keep the vibes going till late.
While the music is the star of the show, Kirkop Summer Fest is also about community and giving back. Volunteers from the Inspire Foundation will be at the entrance collecting donations in support of individuals with autism, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviour.
So, whether you’re there for the live tributes, the local DJ sets, or just the good vibes, Kirkop is the place to be this weekend. 🎉
Will you be attending this festival in aid of Inspire?
