Things turned a little bit steamy on Amici last night, after young Maltese singer Emma Muscat shared a kiss with her new boyfriend at the end of a stunning duet rendition of Adele’s “Someone Like You”.

Emma and teenage rapper Biondo have bonded on the Italian reality TV show, with shippers describing them as ‘Biemma’, and the two appeared to seal their relationship last night – after Emma accepted Biondo’s advances as he leaned in for the kiss at the end of the show.  

Amici fans clearly loved what they saw, as they voted at the end of the show to send her, Biondo and singer-songwriter Irama directly to the final. Here, Emma sang a stunning solo rendition of Lana del Rey’s “Young And Beautiful”, but a commission of judges ruled Irama as the winner of that stage, saving her from elimination. 

Emma and the other contestants were therefore placed at risk of elimination, but the judges decided to give everyone another chance, saving Emma for at least another week.
