Watch: Priscilla, Toilet Breaks And One Of Robbie Williams’ ‘Favourite Ever Shows’ – Fosos Was Something Else Last Night
Months of anticipation later, Robbie Williams finally graced Malta for a mega concert last night… and boy did he deliver on the reputation of being one of the world’s top entertainers!
With some 20,000 people descending onto the popular Fosos in Floriana, the show kicked off with local heroes Red Electric, who performed a number of their most popular tracks to the thousands in attendance. Then, it was time for the main act himself, but as you’d expect, songs weren’t the only things that Robbie delivered.
One of the standout moments of the night came when the 49-year-old went down to sing along with the crowd… and it was here that he ran into superfan Priscilla Dimech – who had been waiting for this moment for 27 long years!
What started out as a very tight embrace that took Williams by surprise ended up being a wholesome connection between the two that kept being brought up throughout the night, from the superstar reading out the Maltese woman’s tattoos and asking her about her cat and job, to him all-out dedicated She’s The One to her. It’s safe to say Priscilla’s night was made, and many Maltese people ended falling up in love with her too, as Facebook forums were flooded with her name (and fellow fan Daniel) overnight.

But that wasn’t the only standout moment, with Williams bringing his signature cheeky attitude to a group of Maltese women who were filmed checking themselves after a short toilet break.
“How bloody rude!” he said as the camera panned to the group, who were being filmed fixing their hair and make-up after a brief toilet break. “I’m sharing my heart here, and all that they are doing is checking to see if their f*cking hair’s good!”
When they realised they were being broadcasted for the thousands of people in attendance, the women quickly tried to avoid the camera’s gaze, but while Williams’ tone sounded pissed off, the 49-year-old entertainer is known to get cheeky during his performances, and he was clearly joking. Still, it must have not been the best moment for the fans.

But even beyond the crowd interactions, Robbie Williams delivered an incredible show, from lifting up a customised version of the Maltese national football team gear to getting everyone to sing along to all his mega hits and anthems.
“That was one of my favourite ever shows,” the superstar wrote this morning. “Thank you for giving me such a lovely welcome for my first visit – I hope you’ll have me back again.”
