Perv Caught Jacking Off At Teenage Girl On Maltese Bus
A 15-year-old girl has photographed a man who took out his penis and started masturbating while staring at her on a public bus en route to Buġibba yesterday afternoon.
Megan* told Lovin Malta the man, who looks to be in his 30s, had started staring at her as soon as she got on the bus.
“I was texting my friend about how this guy was giving me weird looks, and then I saw him doing something and realised what he was doing,” she said. “I was creeped out and started texting my friend really fast, saying ‘Help me, what can I do?’. When I saw him staring at me out of the corner of my eye, he leaned back and started swinging it left and right. Then he stopped for a bit, and then continued while staring at me.”
Megan said the bus was practically empty and she had been sitting at the back, on the opposite side to the guy. When the bus stopped, the guy covered his dick, but continued jerking off while staring at her. In all, the incident lasted between five to ten minutes.
“I just kept trying not to look at him because I thought he might start talking to me if I were to catch his eye,” she said.
She also confirmed she didn’t report the incident to the police, because she wanted to put the case behind her and didn’t want to see the creep again.
After obtaining her permission, Lovin Malta has sent the unedited version of the photo to the police for investigation.
Exposing yourself and masturbating in public is a crime under Maltese law, and people caught in the act have been prosecuted on charges of public indecency and of offending public morals.
