The online world is constantly changing and evolving, but a new trend has gripped some Maltese Facebook groups – and it might just be the cutest trend to hit the island in years. 

Everyone has been uploading their favourite pictures of their pets to receive online admiration and loving. The owners then ask everyone to rate their pet, from one to ten, in terms of cuteness and awesomeness.

Some of these cutie-pies have been warming hearts all over the island in this cold weather, reminding people that there is indeed happiness in this world, and it’s probably found in RUBS Puppy Love. 

If there’s one thing that there is not a lack of in this world, it is cute pet pictures taken by doting owners. 

And the loving owners can be so confident they are ready to compare them to stuffed dolls. 

Some animals are so cute they are even mistaken for other cute animals, like primates.

And some are just so cute they are used to literally melt ice. 

While this trend may be focused on dogs for now, it seems like the cat lovers will soon be joining in, showing those canines just who really rules the house.
