Maltese Pet Owner Horrified By Threatening Letter Sent By Neighbour
A woman has told inewsmalta she’s been left speechless after finding an extremely aggressive note threatening her dogs with a ‘poisoned sausage’.
The note reads: ‘Jekk mhux se tagħlaq dak il-ħalq taż-żobb ta’ kelb li għandkom, toħodhiex bi kbira jekk issibu zalzett fuq il-gallarija tagħkom bil-velenu ġo fiha’ (roughly translated to: ‘if you don’t shut your dogs up, don’t be surprised if you find a poisoned sausage lying in your balcony’).
Understandably the woman in question was shaken and has since reported the issue to the police. She also said that while harbouring no hatred for the author of this note, she will not allow anyone to threaten the two creatures she considers to be her babies.
