Get ready for a paw-some day out with the family! Festa Annimali is happening on 7th December at Ta’ Qali National Park, and it’s shaping up to be the ultimate celebration for animal lovers of all ages.
This year’s event is packed with entertainment for everyone, from kids to adults. Expect a variety of informative exhibitions, where you’ll learn all about the vital work being done by the Department of Animal Welfare, NGOs and voluntary organisations dedicated to protecting our furry friends.

As the Christmas spirit fills the air, explore the festive stalls, perfect for browsing and picking up a gift or two. Plus, don’t miss the chance to see what it really takes to care for animals, with demonstrations from trained experts sharing tips and advice on responsible pet ownership.
The Office of the Commissioner for Animal Welfare will also be there to guide you through the new Adopt a Pet website, making it easier than ever to give a forever home to a pet in need.
What’s more? A Christmas tree will be set up for food donations, helping to support animals in shelters. And for the little ones, there’s a kids’ area, a photo booth and a family-friendly show to keep everyone entertained!
