A curious passer-by in St Julians filmed this sea creature roaming the bay and posted the video on a local Facebook group to identify the species.

Many replied to the passer-by’s post saying it’s a sea hare, known as “Serduq il-Baħar” in Maltese.

The video shows a sort of sea slug making its way to the inner coast which is its natural habitat. It also made its way up to the surface of the water showing its playful nature, to which the people said “it’s very cool.”
