St Michael School’s Pet Day made a hit with the students and the local community as furry friends were brought in to school.

The school thanked the children’s parents and guardians for taking the time to join in on the fun. Footage shared by the school on social media clearly shows that it was a truly memorable morning spent together as a school community.

“Special thanks to our Events Team and staff members for organising such a joyful day, and to our wonderful contributors – the Association for Abandoned Animals (AAA), the K9 Unit of the Malta Police Force, and Mons. Brendan, who blessed us and our pets,” wrote St Michael’s School on social media.

It went on to thank everyone that participated for their generosity in supporting chosen beneficiaries- AAA, RMJ’s Horse Rescue and MSPCA.

Should Pet Day be introduced in more schools?
