And she won’t be doing it alone.

The distinguished athlete and OCR champion is coming to Malta later this month to select eight female athletes to form part of her team that will take part in the Female Elite Wave of The Grid.

Steensgaard will be holding a boot camp on February 29th at Reflex Total Fitness in Sliema where the elite team will be selected… and you can be a part of it.

“I can’t wait to come to Malta, and set-up a team that wants to get more specific tips and techniques for The Grid,” Steensgaard said.

“I am hosting a big OCR day where I will pick a small exclusive OCR team that can proceed to specific individual training sessions to improve their training towards the race in May. You don’t have to be an elite obstacle racer, but just you need to thrive and learn with a positive attitude to take on a fun challenge. I promise, it will be fun!”
