“Finishing the Hyrox 22/23 season at the World Championships placing 8th! To compete and place in the Top 10 among the professional athletes feels like a dream,” Raissa and Emma said online.

The Hyrox World Championships is the pinnacle of Hyrox racing. Out of 50,000 athletes around the world, around 1.500 qualify to participate in the ultimate Hyrox showdown.

This special event doesn’t only see the best racers go head to head, it’s also a festival of fitness. A two-day event with special fitness activations, guest speakers, entertainment, and a lot of fun for athletes and spectators alike.

Hyrox is known as a global fitness race. Participants from all around the world compete in the exact same format.

The race starts with a 1km run, followed by one functional movement, which repeats eight times, taking place in large indoor venues, creating a unique stadium-like atmosphere for all participants.

Well done Emma and Raissa!
