This week is the busiest week for gyms worldwide – but for some people, a gym isn’t the best way to get their work out on. They need something more, something to connect to, something to get lost in.

That is, they need a martial art.

There are many different martial arts offered today, ranging from disciplines from Israel to Thailand and everywhere in between. Here are some of the best schools in Malta offering to teach you how to kick ass.

1. Krav Maga

Krav Maga Malta is the first school established in Malta specialising in civilian Krav Maga system and self-defence. Instructor Keith Galea established the school in 2010 and they’ve been training Maltese citizens in the brutal and effective Krav Maga system ever since.
