‘I’ll Fight You Both On The Same Night’: Maltese Champion Boxer Challenges Influencers Who Said They’d Go Pro In 360 Days

An ongoing online spat involving two fitness influencers and one of Malta’s most notable boxing champions has just been escalated one further level… with Steve Martin calling out Scott Schembri and Andriy John, challenging them to a fight on the last of their planned 360 days to turn pro.

Earlier this week, the Bulletproof co-founder and former Love Island Malta contestant both announced they’d be participating in Project 360, which would see them attempt to become professional boxers by the end of 2024. But after their statement triggered an online shitstorm by the local sporting community, the two doubled down, even calling out beloved champion Steve Martin, who was first to advise the pair against their lofty dreams.

Now, resharing the original Lovin Malta post reporting on the whole saga, Martin has replied with what he calls “actually a call out”, and he definitely wasn’t mincing his words.

“This picture got me thinking and I will make an offer,” Martin said on an Instagram story showing the Lovin Malta post of the three in a ring. “I will fight you both on the same night for charity. What do you say boys, in 358 days?”

It’s yet to be seen how the Bulletproof boys reply to this latest challenge… but if the last couple of days are anything to go by, it’s going to be one wild ride.
