Jake Vella Breaks National Record For Youngest Person To Swim 100 Kilometres In A Pool

Malta’s young inspirational athlete Jake Vella was presented with a national record by the Malta Records yesterday for being the youngest person to swim 100 kilometres in a swimming pool.

This record was broken back in 2021 when Jake was just 12 years and four months old.

Jake accomplished this amazing feat over 20 days between June and July 2021, completing the swim in a total of 33 hours, 15 minutes, and 39 seconds.
