The Maltese national artistic swimming team is set to compete at the 2025 World Aquatic Championships in Singapore.

This marks another milestone in Malta’s growing presence on the international stage.

Representing the country in the Duet Free and Duet Technical routines are Ana Culic and Thea Grima Buttigieg, while Zea Montfort will compete in both the Solo Free and Solo Technical events.

The delegation departs for Singapore today, with competitions scheduled for the 18th and 19th of July.

This will be Zea’s debut at the World Championships, and Ana and Thea’s first time competing together as a duet.

The trio’s participation follows a strong performance at the Games of the Small States of Europe in Andorra, where they brought home multiple medals for Malta.

The Singapore World Championships will be the final competition of the season for the team, capping off a successful year of growth, experience, and international exposure.

The team is accompanied by Head Coach Michelle Hubner and Assistant Coach Hannah Preca Trapani.

Good luck, girls! Viva Malta! 💪🇲🇹
