Malta’s Waterpolo Team Emerges Triumphant Over Ukraine In World Cup Qualifier

Malta’s waterpolo team recently emerged triumphant over Ukraine in the second game for the World Cup qualifiers.

Malta defeated Ukraine with a whopping score of 11-6, shortly after their 9-5 loss against Germany earlier in the day. 

The best scorer for the Maltese team was Ben Plumpton, who secured a hat trick throughout the heated match, followed by Jake Muscat and Nikolai Zammit, who scored two goals each.

Meanwhile, Liam Galea, Jayden Cutajar, Benjie Cachi and Alec Fenech all scored a goal each.

Malta’s waterpolo team will once again face another match later this afternoon, opposing Great Britain at 4.30pm, with the final match against Romania scheduled for 9am on Sunday.
