Swimming superstar Neil Agius has recently announced his next challenge which will see him perform seven swims across seven days in Gozo.

“Seven days, seven swims, one island story,” says Neil Agius as he breaks down the challenge ahead.

This colossal challenge is “designed to fail” according to science and it’s built to push him beyond his limits.

Agius is pushing himself to the max as he aims to understand what happens to us when we take ourselves to the edge and how we can recover to show up the next day.

Throughout his journey, Neil will be followed closely by a science team who will be evaluating how he responds to extreme stress and recovery, both mentally and physically.

This is not about breaking records or endurance, it’s a live experiment to uncover more about humans’ potential through accessible tools that can help anyone get through life’s most demanding journeys.

Will you follow Neil’s next challenge?
