Watch: Francesca Curmi Smashes Axion Open Match Sending Her To Quarter-Finals
Francesca Curmi has just progressed to the quarter-finals of the Axion Opens after winning a three-hour-long match.
Footage posted by the Instagram page of the popular sports event shows Curmi’s last swing of the tennis racket that secured her win.
“Let’s go for moreee,” Curmi wrote, resharing the impressive video.
The 2024 Axion Open is a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It is the twelfth edition of the tournament, which is part of the 2024 ITF Women’s World Tennis Tour. It’s taking place in Chiasso, Switzerland, between 15th and 21st April.
