After giving birth to millions of memes, timeless stories and an epic blend of blood and sex, finally, we saw the very end of Game of Thrones in an epic and a legendary episode.

Now that our watch has ended, we’re bringing you the most anticipated TV shows to look out for this summer…. and beyond.

1. Stranger Things

There are thousands of reasons why everyone’s talking about it.

Teenage kids coming of age, dreams, fantasy, superpowers, creepy inter-dimensional monsters… and a sick 80s playlist.

Stranger Things is all set to launch its new season with a bang and we can’t wait to stream the cult series which drops on the 4th of July.

2. Black Mirror

A gripping dystopian drama series that will keep you on the edge of your set, show creator Charlie Broker has never failed to amaze us with BM’s fascinating and disturbing idea of the future.

With big names like Andrew Scott and Miley Cyrus joining, this season will definitely add some spice to the Black Mirror series. The show is scheduled to come out on June 4th.

3. His Dark Materials

Is it just me, or do you also think that children and the parallel universe are the perfect formulae for an epic TV series?

The quivering look of the show is a facelift version of the 2007 blockbuster feature film The Golden Compass, and it brings an impeccable balance of fantasy world and human-animal bonding that hopes to do the Philip Pullman trilogy some justice.

4. Watchmen

The thought of worlds being destroyed to the ticking sound of a clock is enough to give anyone goosebumps.

Another HBO series hoping to fill GoT’s gaps alongside His Dark Materials, Watchmen is based on the famous graphic novel and focuses mainly on outlawed superheroes in hibernation uniting against a common enemy. Just wait till Fall 2019.

5. Rick and Morty

OK, let’s agree to agree that we’ve been waiting for this for a long time.

Rick and Morty will finally return to our screens on November 2019. The plot revolves around the “cause and consequences” of an alcoholic brilliant scientist and his dull yet anxious grandson in an adult animated comedy series on adult-swim. Sold yet? Of course you are.

6. Money Heist

International Emmy Award winner and Netflix home production Money Heist is the perfect amalgamation of crime, mystery and thrillers.

Its third part is set for your streaming options on July 19. Known originally as ‘La Casa De Papel’ in Spanish, it’s the US streaming giant’s most-viewed non-English language series.

7. Supernatural

Emotional, isn’t it?

Demons, angels, God, two brothers and a ’67 Chevy Impala.

Supernatural fans have referred to this as not just a show, but the story of a life of two brothers constantly on a road in a desire to make the world a better and safe place to live. From a single episode storyline to a seasonal-based theme, the epic final season is coming out this year and the Winchesters brothers will be packing it up.

BONUS: Bloodmoon

Our beloved Game of Thrones prequel is a while away, but if you’re still craving more GoT, this is your best fix. According to sources, Pilots are already under production, and the show will be set around 5,000 years before the events in Game of Thrones.

The prequel will not have any of the characters that we love (or hate), but it will feature the Night King!
