Attention Home Cooks! MasterChef Malta Season 2 Applications Are Now Open
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you will have heard that the sizzling sensation that is the MasterChef franchise has made its way to our shores, with the Maltese series currently in season 1.
If you are regretting not submitting your application for the debut season and are getting some serious FOMO, you’re in luck, because MasterChef Malta Season 2 applications are now open.
Airing every Sunday evening on TVM and produced by greatt, the creative force behind successful shows such as Shark Tank Malta, Malta’s Got Talent, X Factor Malta, and The Voice Kids, MasterChef Malta has announced that it is heading onto its second season.
Whoever thinks they have the culinary chops – quite literally – to face the MasterChef kitchen’s heat, can apply on masterchefmalta.net.
From “drajjajtuli għajnejja” to chef Victor’s most brutally honest moments, season one has already given us some binge-worthy moments.
Contestants underwent a series of auditions, where home cooks presented their signatures dishes to a panel of expert judges composed of Victor Borg, Letizia Vella, and Joe Vella.
Finalist Kevin Camilleri was eliminated last week, with 11 finalists remaining.
Last Sunday’s episode saw the finalists face the first ever outdoor challenge, with the home cooks preparing a meal for the soldiers of the Maritime Squadron of the Armed Forces of Malta.
