‘I Needed To Take Care Of My Sanity’: Sabrina Speaks Out After Leaving Love Island Malta
Love Island Malta’s Sabrina has spoken out after her decision to leave the villa last night, saying that she needed to follow her heart and take care of her sanity.
Reacting to her decision to leave the show, many viewers have expressed their devastation at seeing “one of the best contestants” leave so soon.
“I felt I needed to follow what my heart really needed and mostly take care of my sanity. Truly happy to be back to my life and routine because this is who I am,” Sabrina said on her Instagram this morning.
As Sabrina took to her socials to address the situation, as well as explain her side of the story, she also said that she will still hold the thrilling experience close to her heart.
”Thank you Love Island Malta for the lovely experience. I will always carry this in my heart. Definitely was a great journey, and have no regrets. I found a new family in there,” she expressed.

Things were looking up on last night’s episode, after Sabrina and Kyle were voted best couple, alongside Gabrielle and Sven, by the public.
However, the hopeful bliss after their date did not last long – Sabrina decided to leave the reality show soon after, stating that she missed her daily routine.
The 33-year-old was definitely a fan favourite, with many describing her as “the most mature”, or as “someone they’d enjoy hanging out with”.
Although the majority are saddened by this decision, most are happy for her. And some are still hopeful…
