Love Island Malta Sets New Weekday Viewership Record With 208,000 Viewers
Once again, Love Island Malta has captured the nation’s attention, breaking the weekday viewership record with a whopping 208,000 viewers for Season 2.
Just a day earlier, executive producer Ben Camille had announced another exciting milestone, revealing the show’s ever-growing popularity.

Love Island seems to be bringing everyone together and bring with it countless of memes and heated debates on what is happening inside the villa.
Viewers have been so hooked that many have reached out to Ben, requesting an earlier airing time.
“I’m sending you this message from my manager and saying at 9pm. Even at 8pm if possible as we are not looking pretty when we go in to work. Well done on this year’s edition, it’s amazing,” one viewer told Ben.
Responding to the feedback, Ben conducted a poll on his Instagram stories to gauge interest in shifting the episode start time to 9pm.
