The second season’s first episode aired last night, revealing their first mega deal with Happy Pot, securing an investment worth €135,000 for 22.5% of the company.

One of the sharks, construction businessman Chris Vassallo, is now at the top of the ranks as the only shark with an investment in place.

Happy Pot was released in 2022, and gained immediate success as a sustainable modern company for people interested in gardening and planting.

They have successfully planted hundreds of trees around the world, sticking to their commitment of planting a tree for each pot they sell.

The startup also organises clean-ups in Malta, and supports local tree-planting NGOs.

”Our number one priority is keeping the Earth clean and green. The materials we use for production are made of biodegradable elements and recycled plastics, and each of our 3D-printers generates the same electrical output as a single lightbulb,” the company states on their website.

Congratulations to Happy Pot co-founders Chris Mercieca and George Vella for the season’s first deal!
