Watch: A Masked Bjorn And Maria Formosa Secure A €25K Donation For Dar Bjorn On Shark Tank
Two familiar faces showed up on Shark Tank’s latest episode yesterday evening… even if they initially hid their faces behind masks.
A group of masked individuals entered the room, with some of them heading straight towards the sharks, grabbing their arms, and holding them down.

Maria Formosa then revealed herself as one of the individuals behind the mask, asking the sharks whether they are “feeling helpless, numb, and angry”.
“This is our journey,” Maria continued.
That is when ALS Malta’s Bjorn Formosa chimed in, asking the sharks “how do you feel now that you can’t move and practically can’t do anything?”
“This is just a small example of the reality of people living with neurological diseases,” Maria continued.
When push came to shove, Bjorn and Maria managed to secure a five-way split donation of €25k which will be directed towards Dar Bjorn’s expansion.
The sharks weren’t comfortable in investing in the project, but wanted to donate the amount requested without expecting anything in return.
Dar Bjorn is a home for individuals suffering from ALS, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological conditions.
