Brillanti returns for the fourth semifinal this evening at 8:40pm where contestants will be facing the “Reverse Role” challenge to get a spot in the final.

“Incredible…this is crazy…I’m simply blown away!” said tenor Cliff Zammit Stevens as he witnessed the talent of the 12 semi-finalists.

Brillanti is a local talent show in the search for “not good, not great, but Brillanti” singers from the Maltese islands. In the episode from last week, we saw the contestants covering songs from iconic movies. Joe Romano was in the lead last week after his cover of “I Don’t Want To Miss a Thing” from Armageddon.

The hosts “are ditching the norms and turning the tables on this week’s semifinal of Brillanti Singers! Reverse the Roles Challenge! Guest judge Cliff Zammit Stevens,” as Brillanti wrote on social media.

The Reverse Roles challenge involves a male singer choosing a song which is sung from a female artist, and female singers have to choose a song performed by a male artist.

Will they be able to belt it? Tune in tonight to check out who the two finalists will be for next week’s Sing Off.
