Awesome Things To Flood Your Calendar With This October In Malta

We might be halfway through October, but there are more than enough great events coming up over the next two weeks to cover the whole month. From comedy to music to some novel physical challenges, check out the coolest things happening in October.

And if you wanna find out about the best Halloween-related events in Malta, you should definitely check out this list.

October 13th – 15th – The KSU Hard Rock Cafe Malta Campus Fest

There is no better way to kick-off the new academic year than by joining in on the 13th and 14th of October for a weekend of fun, games, and some of Malta’s finest musical acts, whether you’re a Fresher or an Oldie.

October 14th – Malta’s Military Tattoo

This is a perfect event for a day out with the family, which features military bands and other elements which come together to provide a spectacular show for audiences of all ages.

October 15th – Dr. Klown’s Klown Parade

Over the past 6 years, Klown Doctors has visited over 10,000 children, bringing them relief from pain, stress and boredom in local hospital wards. This year they would like to invite all children in the primary school age group to join Dr Klown, in a Parade on the St Julians – Sliema promenade.

October 20th – Russell Kane Live

British comedian Russell Kane will be bringing his blisteringly-funny, award-winning stand-up performance about growing up and growing down to Malta’s Eden Comedy Club.

October 20th – Phantom Of The Opera

Andrew Lloyd Webber’s masterpiece will be magically brought to life in this tragic love story which will be masterfully performed by a 45 piece Orchestra lead by Mro. Paul Abela. A cast of 65 members will be gracing the stage, including Malta’s leading Musical Theatre performers as well as from the West End.

October 20th – Edvin Marton: Rock Symphony

Have you ever wanted to see some modern music classics like Titanic: “My Heart Will Go On,” Evita: “Don’t Cry For Me, Argentina” and The Dark Knight Rises: “Kiss From A Rose” performed by a Juilliard graduate on a violin? Now is your chance.

October 21st – Hellfire Beer Mile

Drink a beer. Run 400m. Repeat x4. 

The Beer Mile is a fun challenge that requires you to drink 4 x 335ml cans of beer and run a total distance of 1 mile, or 4 loops of the athletics track, as fast as you can. Beer is included in your entry fee.

October 21st – Laugh? I Nearly Went To Miami!

Laugh? I Nearly Went It To Miami!” a light-hearted comedy by Miles Tredinnick. A zany, fast-moving comedy of confusion about an Elvis fanatic, his fiancée, and a flight to Miami.

October 27th – Lollipop

Get out your sluttiest Halloween costumes and head down to the most fabulous party on Halloween night. Make sure to go all out with your costume and dress to impress.

The satire from popular TV show Klassi Ghalina will be hitting the state for a few dates for a night full of Maltese satire and silliness.
