Calling All Men In Malta: Would You Like To Star Alongside Harvey Keitel For The Blockbuster Adaptation Of Sette Giugno?
Are you a male, aged 17-55 and looking to get yourself on the silver screen? How would you like to be featured alongside Hollywood heavyweight Harvey Keitel? He’s already in Malta filming for the blockbuster adaptation of the Sette Giugno story and the film crew are putting out a casting call for xeba men.
Harvey Keitel and Malcolm McDowell are the stars included in the cast for the movie, titled ‘Storbju’, which has already begun filming
Jean Pierre Magro, one of the film’s three producers (the other two include Pedja Miletic and Aaron Briffa), spoke with reporters when the film was first announced of the dual-lingual production that will be shot in Maltese and English (in which it is billed as Just Noise).
The story will follow four storylines, running as a self-contained anthology of English and Maltese history at the time.
And because they’re going to be covering a very heavy time in history that saw many men try and prove their worth in the fallout of the first World War, the production team have opened a huge casting call for as many male extras as they can take.
