Eddie Hall Brings World’s Strongest Men To Malta For Battle Of The Beasts
World-famous strongman Eddie ‘The Beast’ Hall is teaming up with Camelot Films to launch Battle of the Beasts, a brand-new sports entertainment series set to be filmed right here in Malta.
Hall, who made history as the first person ever to deadlift 500kg and won the World’s Strongest Man title in 2017, will host the show alongside celebrity co-hosts.
Ten of the world’s strongest men, including reigning World’s Strongest Man Rayno Nel, three-time champion Tom Stoltman, plus Mitchell Hooper, Gavin Bilton, Evan Singleton, Terry Hollands, Paddy Haynes, Mark Felix and Trey Mitchell, will battle it out in outrageous challenges designed to push every limit.
From sumo wrestling at Fort Ricasoli to a belly flop contest at Mellieħa Bay and even an extreme eating challenge, the competitors will fight for the crown of the first-ever Battle of the Beasts champion.
Directed by Roel Reiné (Halo, Death Race), the show will be filmed in front of a live audience this October, with its global release set for next summer. It’s backed by Visit Malta and Duelbits, with Camelot Films producing their fifth project on the island since 2019.
Tickets are already available via Camelot’s website and ShowsHappening.com, with more celebrity guests still to be announced.
