Here’s Everything You Need To Know About The Nickelodeon Treasure Hunt Launching Today In Malta
The long-awaited Nickelodeon Treasure Hunt is finally here! Running from today till next Wednesday, there are tons of ways for your family to have some good clean fun with some of your favourite Nickelodeon characters – and obtain some special prizes for the real treasure hunters out there!
Between the Treasure Hunt, the Scrapbook, and some special Nickelodeon treats for the best treasure-hunters, here’s all the information you need to know to fully enjoy this first edition of this unique children’s festival.
How to access the Nickelodeon Treasure Hunt Malta Mobile Map
To participate in the Nickelodeon Treasure Hunt, you’ll need to head to www.malta.nickelodeon.tv and click on the map button on the homepage, or click on the map tab on the page menu.
Once there, you can use the interactive map as your guide, to collect stamps from all of the Treasure Hunt locations, as well as participate in the Photo Challenges and redeem special offers across the island.
You can access the map from Saturday 13th April – Wednesday 17th April via any smartphone.
Once you have clicked the map link on the website, you will be automatically redirected to the interactive map. Here you will need to log in with a Facebook account and then you can officially start the Treasure Hunt!
You’ll then be asked to choose your favourite character and create your very own Nickelodeon Character Profile
Who will you choose?
Now, you can officially start the treasure hunt
Once you’ve created your profile and accessed the map, you will see hotspots around the island for; hotspots for Treasure Hunt stamps, Treasure Hunt venue vouchers, as well as Photo Challenges.
You can also begin creating your personal Treasure Hunt Scrapbook and begin collecting stamps to be swapped for Nickelodeon treats, as well as seeing the island like never before.

How to collect your Treasure Hunt Stamps
1. Visit a Treasure Hunt location
2. Download the Treasure Hunt stamp at that location or hotspot
3. Save the stamp to your Treasure Hunt Scrapbook
4. Swap your stamps for Nickelodeon treats at Spazju Kreattiv in St James Cavalier, Valletta, at the end of your hunt
Or you can do a “just for fun” Photo Challenge
1. Visit a Nickelodeon Photo Challenge location
2. Download the Nickelodeon photo frame at that location or hotspot
3. Take your Photo Challenge
4. Save your framed photo in your Treasure Hunt Scrapbook
How to redeem a voucher
1. Visit a Treasure Hunt location
2. Download the voucher at that location or hotspot
3. Save the voucher to your Treasure Hunt Scrapbook
4. Redeem at the Treasure Hunt location, according to instructions on the voucher
And don’t forget!
You can navigate back to the info and map at any time using the menu button. Remember to make sure you use 3G or 4G and your GPS location services are enabled.
And if you plan on attending any of the Nickelodeon shows at Pjazza Teatru Rjal or other locations, the organisers have advised attendees to show up at least 45 minutes before the show to avoid disappointment.
The Nickelodeon Treasure Hunt officially kicks off on Saturday and runs till next Wednesday
The treasure hunt shall be based around creating exclusive Nickelodeon experiences and rewards at select attractions around the Maltese Islands.
Activities will include searching for SpongeBob SquarePants and friends at the National Aquarium, learning through play with the PAW Patrol pups at the Esplora Science Centre, learning to duel with Nella the Princess Knight at the 16th-century St James Cavalier, joining the pizza-loving Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles at Is-Suq Tal-Belt food market, as well as regular shows at Pjazza Teatru Rjal.
