As more and more great Maltese tattoo artists and parlours appear all over the island, it’s never been a better time to appreciate ink. If you’ve been looking for the perfect opportunity to do this, then the Malta Tatto Expo is the place to be this October.

Now in its fourth edition, the Malta Tattoo Expo will be bringing together over 100 tattoo artists, both local and international. All your favourite Maltese artists will be taking to Ta’ Qali’s MFCC over three days, and will also be joined by international artists like Macedonia’s Strumfovski and Greece’s Cat (Katerina Kontodima).

The Facebook event’s wall has been very active over the last couple of weeks, with attending tattoo artists and fans alike sharing ideas, pages, designs and plans for the big weekend in October.

Last year, the Malta Tattoo Expo was hosted by the Červená Fox, a popular inked model who has taken the tattoo world by storm. This year, Fox will be returning to the Maltese shores, this time joined by equally-famous Shelly d’Inferno. Clearly, the organisers hold true to the belief that you can either go big, or go home.

The Malta Tattoo Expo 2017 will be going down on the 6th, 7th and 8th October at the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre, and tickets are available online on a €12 per day basis (or €20 for the whole weekend).
