Love reggae? Well, you’re in for one big treat. One Drop Festival is back for its second edition at Zion in Marsaskala on 2nd, 3rd and 4th May.

They’ve promised to have the biggest reggae line-up ever in Malta, with 14 international artists flying in. The line-up includes Mungo’s Hi Fi, Charlie P, Eva Lazarus, Italian dub legend Paolo Baldini DubFiles and London-based sound system crew and record label Reggae Roast.

Expect to be taken on a musical journey into reggae, from rocksteady to dancehall to roots and finishing off with some heavy dub.

What would a reggae festival be without Jamaican food? They’ve teamed up with Zion’s kitchen for a Jamaican inspired menu including dishes like jerk chicken with rice and beans, Jamaican hot n spicy beef burger and vegetarian options like a veg curry & jerk veggie burger.

In the rum bar, you’ll find Caribbean cocktails such as the One Drop punch, frozen rum daiquiris and the Cuban classic Canchanchara

Spend your coins at their colourful yard market area consisting of a selection of stalls selling artisanal, hand crafted and up-cycled stuff like jewellery, clothing, art prints, incense, hand bags and woodwork.

Three-day tickets cost from €25 and can be bought from here.
