WATCH: London-Based Classical Music Powerhouse To Host A Special Concert In Malta Next Month
Pianist Marcelle Zahra and flautist Boris Bizjak are a London-based classical music duo who are flying to Malta to perform at a special concert for flute and piano at Valletta’s Malta Society of Arts on the evening of 13th April.
They’ll be playing music for flute and piano written by celebrated Romantic composers from across Europe, including Dvorak, Donizetti, C.Schumann, Chopin, Briccialdi and more.
Not only has Marcelle performed in numerous concerts across the UK (including a BBC broadcast featuring folk song by Beethoven), but she’s also appeared in concerts in everywhere from Italy to the United States.
Boris is an extremely versatile flautists. He is a pro at the modern flute and has a big passion for improvisation and baroque. He’s performed in orchestras all over the world including Japan, Serbia and Slovenia.
The special event, Music from the Heart of Europe, is organised in partnership with the Blackheath International Chamber Music Festival, London.
