Based on her exploration of the hair dye spectrum, Cini determined her first choice to be “a very specific shade of eggplant purple.”

“It was dark enough to look black in darker lighting, but when the sun hit it it was just the right amount of eggplant purple. One of the most mysterious enchanting colours out there.”

She achieved her second choice, copper blonde, after a colour correction, which left behind a “gorgeous copper colour but mixed with traits of blonde at the ends.” Cini found this to be “one of the most subtle soothing hair colours.”

The hairstylists’ third choice was a gun metal grey. Cini “paired it with gorgeous black roots. It was mysterious, it was silky, and I loved it.”

Her fourth choice is one fans will recognise instantly, as Cini returns to it several times a year. 

“I love my emerald hair. It is flattering, it is gorgeous, it is super vibrant, but it’s not in your face blue, it’s more of a subtle, is it green, is it blue?”

Finally, the seasoned hair colourist included an honourable mention for a vibrant pink-orange coral colour. 

“Coral is a colour that I definitely have to try, because I’ve never tried myself. I’m so looking forward to trying this,” said Cini.

With 206,000 followers on TikTok and 775,000 subscribers on YouTube, Cini’s hair-based adventures are clearly appealing to a wide audience. Still, being featured in the US Sun is surely a welcome boost to her brand.
