Success! Largest Ever Group From Malta Reaches Everest Base Camp
A group of 20 travellers, led by mountaineer Ryan Mex, became the largest recorded group from Malta to successfully reach Everest Base Camp.
The travellers spent 12 days climbing before they reached Base Camp earlier this week, at an altitude of around 5,356 metres.

“We are super thrilled to announce that the full MexVentures team has successfully reached Everest Base Camp today, with a 100% success rate and every team member reaching their dream,” Ryan said.
“The whole team has made it together as we mark a historic record for Malta being the biggest group ever to reach Everest Base Camp together. Congratulations to all members of the team for there incredible perseverance on the mountain.”
