Millions Of Views Later, This Maltese Dad’s Ingenious Crying Baby Hack Is Still Making The Rounds Worldwide

It’s been a little over nine months since Steve Zammit Briffa decided to share his devilishly simple life hack of calming his crying baby boy, but it doesn’t look like this Maltese dad’s DIY success is going to be letting up any time soon.

Putting up a screenshot of one of the many sites to have reuploaded his video ever since the original was shared onto his Facebook profile back in September 2018, Steve expressed his humour at how the video had continued circulating, with this particular video racking up to 17 million views… by creating a meme about it (because that’s what viral daddies do, after all).

Steve’s original Facebook video has just over 25,000 views… but countless reuploads later, it’s actually impossible to tally up all the views he’s managed to rack up

Within days, international media had picked up on Steve’s extraordinary talent, and he eventually even made it everything from Jukin Media to the Daily Mail.

So while 17 million views is already an incredible number, the actual total number of times Zammit Briffa and his calm throat singing have been viewed around the world is actually way more.

Beyond the viral video that ended up giving him surprising worldwide fame, Zammit Briffa is known among his friends and family as a hilarious dad online and IRL… and the video of himself throat singing at his months-old son (now 10 months old) really is the tip of the iceberg.

I mean, we’re talking about the guy who literally recreated the Bethlehem scene for his family Christmas card. Give this guy all the views!
