Peppa Pig bil-Malti’s first week continues to be one full of first… and today, we got to see something very unique: beloved TV hosts Peppi Azzopardi and Eileen Montesin as the Nannu and Nanna Pigs.
Today’s episode revealed the two beloved characters, brought to life by the personalities who definitely don’t need any introduction. And their voices definitely helped add a wonderful touch, making sure a whole new generation falls in love with them the way we did in yesterdecade.

“I’m proud that during the same time I became a grandfather, I was chosen to be the Nannu Pig,” Azzopardi said of his new TV role. An excellent initiative that I’m happy to be part of!”
“It’s a dream come true!” Montesin meanwhile said. “It was already good to hear it was going to happen, let alone being informed that I was going to be part of this project, till today I cannot believe it!”
