Watch: Every Restaurant In Malta Needs This Valletta Nannu To Promote Their Dishes

An elderly man – and possibly the grandfather of Maltese rapper Hooligan – recently broke into a hilarious song in the streets of Valletta and dropped some hot verses about Maltese food as passerbys clapped and laughed along.

As the hawkers near the Monti in Valletta were packing up for the day, this legend-that-walks-among-us shows up and starting singing an ode to some classic Maltese staples, like bragioli and arabali.

The song is about a restaurant owner who is selling his tasty menu to a customer. A crowd very quickly gathers and claps him on as he runs through a delectable list of Maltese fish, produce, and meats.

He ends his song with a great big tempo switch, all without missing a beat, before belting out the last chords with great aplomb, to the crowd’s applause and satisfaction.

On a scale of 1 – 10, how much do you love this guy? Let us know in the comments below.
