It’s been a while since we’ve received any dolphin videos and it seems like this summer has seen fewer sightings of the majestical creatures around Malta than the last.

That’s why we were over the moon when we found this video of an entire pod of dolphins swimming off the coast of Wied il-Buni in Bir?ebbu?a earlier this week.

The dolphins were spotted by the Bir?ebbu?a Sailing Club, who were out at sea on one of the more choppier days this week.

The bad weather didn’t seem to deter the dolphins though, as the pod casually swam near the sailors, probably wondering what they’re doing out at sea on that gloomy day…

Dolphins sightings are generally reported during the peak summer season but despite most of the sunny season behind us, it seems like dolphin spotting season is still open!
