It’s here! Gozo has officially welcomed in the Christmas season with a spectacular 3D light show.

Malta’s sister island welcomed the festive month with a Christmas-themed projection in Independence Square featuring an incredible 3D light show and we really felt like we missed out.

The projection was made so that it would fit the contours and shape of the Banca Giuratale, Victoria’s gorgeous town hall in the capital’s main square locally known as it-Tokk. Displayed both biblical and festive scenes related to the Christmas season and accompanied by musical pieces performed by the Gozo children’s choir, the show ended with the lighting of the Christmas tree and a round of applause.

Christmas has officially arrived!

Victoria’s festive celebration follows a long list of Maltese towns prepping for the holidays with their own light shows…
