14-Year-Old Maltese Girl Crowned Miss Moda Sicilia 2023 At Italian Beauty Contest
Krista Debono, a 14-year-old Maltese girl, has recently made a significant impact in the international fashion scene, being crowned Miss Moda Sicilia 2023.
The renowned international beauty context was held in Enna, Sicily, with Krista winning the 13th edition of La Scala della Moda.
This is a prestigious event organised by the association Gente di Domani in collaboration with the local Pro Loco and the patronage of the municipality.
Competing against a diverse range of contestants from all over Italy and Malta, Krista’s victory is a testament to her talent, hard work, and the unique charm she brings to the fashion world, her mother told Lovin Malta.
Jeanette Debono ho took a moment to thank Krista’s mentor Janice from Vipaj Academy, Rabat, for all the help and support.
In addition to the title of Miss Moda Sicilia 2023, Krista has also won several other accolades including Miss Malta in Sicilia 2023, Ragazza per il Cinema 2023, Miss Demetra 2023, and Foto Modella Italia.
The event was a grand celebration of fashion and beauty, with about 150 contestants from Italy and Malta participating. It was a night dedicated to diversity and inequality, with Mercedesz Henger as the guest of the evening and president of the jury.
