GħSL president and law student Andrew Drago has urged Prime Minister Robert Abela to apologise for his “vile attacks” on the inquiring magistrate in the Vitals Global Healthcare case.

“Malta deserves an apology for your vile attack on magistrate Gabriella Vella,” Drago wrote on social media.

“Today, Malta Today published the conclusions of the magisterial inquiry. Today, Malta can better understand why the report took four years to be concluded.”

“The report contains one thousand two hundred and eighteen pages. Now everyone can see the amount of evidence, the hundreds of witnesses and experts, and all this by the same magistrate who had over ninety inquiries and other judicial tasks.”
“For true healing to begin, we deserve an apology,” he concluded.

This comes after the conclusions from the magisterial inquiry was published for the world to see. It includes pertinent information and findings deduced from the evidence gathered throughout the investigations.

Magistrate Vella engaged a total of 36 experts to help her get to the bottom of the deal, despite being the subject of repeated attacks by the Prime Minister.

Do you think Robert Abela should apologise?
