Two Armed Robbers Steal Cash From San Ġwann Game Shop In Late Night Theft
A game shop in San Ġwann fell victim to an armed robbery late last night, police have said in a statement.
At around 10.45pm on 1st August, police were informed that a robbery had taken place at a game shop along Triq in-Naxxar in San Ġwann.
Two men armed with firearms entered the shop, stole an amount of cash from the cash drawer, and then fled the scene.
During the robbery, there was a 30-year-old cashier and a 24-year-old customer in the shop who were thankfully not injured.
Police investigations and the search for the two men involved in the robbery are still ongoing.
