Companies Involved In Jean Paul Sofia’s Death Awarded Direct Orders After Tragedy, Jason Azzopardi Claims

Lawyer and former PN MP Jason Azzopardi has claimed that the companies involved in Jean Paul Sofia’s death were awarded direct orders from the state after the fatal accident.

Azzopardi took to Facebook earlier this morning to state that he will reveal two scandalous matters today, starting with this shocking claim and stressing that only a public inquiry would investigate such matters.

“There are two companies named SC Real Estate Ltd (C79879) and ALLPLUS Ltd (C93876). Who in Parliament is willing to question how many direct orders have taken from the government on many recent occasions, namely after Sofia’s death?” Azzopardi questioned.

“You do not know how to be ashamed. You keep giving direct orders to criminals, regardless of their actions causing Sofia’s death,” he said in another post.

“Coincidentally, Kurt Buhagiar and Matthew Schembri are both shareholders in ALLPLUS Ltd, while Kurt Buhagiar is a shareholder in SC Real Estate Ltd,” he continued.

“Coincidentally, both individuals were involved in the construction of the factory in Kordin that resulted in Sofia’s death.”

“Can someone explain how these two companies involved in the construction/maintenance of buildings received direct orders from a particular Ministry just a few weeks ago?”

“This is just one point that a magisterial inquiry does not cover. A public inquiry covers it, but… what do these two individuals know about cabinet members?”

He concluded by promising that he will write about the second scandalous event, which occurred after the killing of Miriam Pace in Ħamrun.

Calls for a public inquiry have significantly peaked over the last few days across the islands, after Labour MPs voted unanimously against the motion to open a public inquiry into Sofia’s death.

Meanwhile, over 25,000 signatures have been registered in a petition calling for a public inquiry into Sofia’s death.

What do you make of these claims?
