An electric bike was engulfed in flames in Pace, Sliema at around 4.30pm.

Footage sent to Lovin Malta by nearby residents shows the vehicle covered in smoke and flames as passersby attempt to control the fire.

Following reports, the Civil Protection Department arrived on site and extinguished the blaze. No injuries have been reported
