Bolt Food has officially launched its new scheduled orders feature for Malta, allowing customers to order meals in advance.

This means that customers can also place orders amid restaurants being fully booked or closed, or in case of lack of delivery couriers available.

“With scheduled orders, we create an even more seamless experience for restaurants, couriers and customers using the Bolt Food app,” Malta’s Bolt Food Country Manager Kamran Samadli said.

“This means restaurants can maximise orders by better planning kitchen time, couriers can boost earrings by planning deliveries throughout the day, and customers in the local community get access to their favourite ready-made meals from restaurants on Bolt Food and a selection of 3,500+ groceries on Bolt Market whenever and wherever they want,” she continued.

The scheduled orders feature is also available for Bolt Market customers, enabling even easier grocery delivery.

The scheduling mechanism is simple and straightforward to use. To schedule an order from a restaurant or Bolt Market grocery store, a customer needs to select their order items as usual.

Then, select Schedule order as a delivery option and pick the date and time they wish to have the meal delivered.
