Fundraiser Event In Aid Of Malta Music And Performing Arts Complex This Weekend
Music Playground Malta is organising a fundraiser in support of the Malta Music & Performing Arts Complex this weekend at 97 Notes Malta.
The Malta Music & Performing Arts Complex aims at creating a collaborative rehearsal and performing space for artists and bands, including private studios, group spaces and communal areas. Several musicians were forced to leave their garage rehearsal space at Rampol Birkirkara earlier this year as these were to be sold off, leaving many bands and musicians without a place to go.
“This initiative is central to our mission to serve as a platform for opportunity and growth within the music industry. Join us in making this vision a reality. Let’s build a future where creativity and collaboration are at the heart of our community,” stated Music Playground Malta.
The collaborative campaign between Music Playground Malta, Aiso Academy and the Malta Music & Performing Arts Complex is hosting the fundraiser in aid of this, through a weekend filled with live performances by local artists.
Artists such as Hannah & Matthew, Jean Aquilina and the Taxi Vaders will be performing on Saturday. Esteban Medusa will be entertaining on Sunday, followed by a jam session open for all to join.
