Kris Cardona, the devoted owner of missing dog Vasco, has once again turned to social media in a heartfelt plea, urging the Maltese public to continue sharing his posts and spreading the word in the hopes of finally reuniting with his beloved companion.

In an emotional Facebook update, Cardona wrote:

“Today marks two months since we last saw Vasco. Not a day has gone by without searching, hoping, and holding on. Every spare minute is spent looking, and I will never stop.”

Vasco’s disappearance has sparked widespread sympathy across the island, with many already sharing posts online. However, Cardona insists that social media alone isn’t enough. He is now encouraging people to personally reach out to friends, family, and neighbours, especially those who may not be active online or aware of the case.

“While sharing posts does help, we need to go a step further,” he wrote. “Call or message people directly. Many still don’t know about Vasco, and the more people who are aware, the greater the chances of bringing him home. If nothing is done, nothing will change.”

The search has now stretched into its seventh week, but Cardona remains determined, refusing to give up. He continues to search daily, clinging to hope and relying on the kindness of strangers to widen the net.

Anyone with information, sightings, or tips, no matter how small, is urged to contact Kris Cardona immediately on 9923 3207 or 7711 7512. Every lead could make the difference.
